This series started around 2010. I was inspired by observing my students' "hair carvings" and their relation to stele art in the Americas, Egypt and Babylon. The layout below starts with the most recent works, and moves towards works which were started in 2010. The iconography for these paintings mainly come from thinking about the Garden of Eden with its snakes, tropical fruits and sex.
